Displeased with the poor quality of common furniture and the expensive price of fine furniture, owner Michael Fehrenbach, began to develop his skill as a craftsman while in school obtaining his MBA.

After graduating and perfecting his art at woodworking, he used his MBA to help establish a business that provided high-quality furniture at a realistic price. His designs centered upon understanding the true beauty of wood lies within its unique form, the grain.
